So, I haven't posted anything new in two weeks. Time flies when you're having fun. It has been a busy few weeks. Two weeks ago Friday Chad, Isabelle and I attended a party to welcome Dr. Jaggers to the Eye Care Institute. We had a very nice time and she thought it was very special that she got to go out with Mom and Dad without Charlie and Henry. The following day we celebrated Chad's dad's birthday.
This past weekend we had our Annual Neighborhood Association meeting/cookout. In years past it has been held at the public pool which was not a conceivable options for attendance for us with three small kids. This year it was a block party with a big inflatable. The kids had a great time. Isabelle enjoyed bouncing in the inflatable and Charlie ran around chasing after the kids. Anytime one of the kids was running, he thought they were playing tag. He caught one little girl by surprise when he ran after her a grabbed her. I was quick to let him know that wasn't nice and he answered, but I was playing tag. Is the game over? He is such a sweet kid, but is sometimes a handful.
The five of went to the zoo yesterday. It was such a beautiful day. Everyone had a great time. We actually saw parts of the zoo that we had somehow managed to miss on our previous trips. Isabelle's favorite was the wild pig and Charlie liked the gorillas. He was really disappointed that he didn't get to see dinosaurs.
